WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Hong KONG. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

PACKAGING:
Being enthusiastic sneaker enthusiasts ourselves, we recognize the significance of receiving your sneakers and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original shoebox) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

Delivery times may vary if you’re outside these countries and may differ based on your country’s customs processing times. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post due to incorrect address, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate.

Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.
MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you. Please contact us ASAP at [email protected], and be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
REFUND
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date, provided the item is in original condition with kickscrews tags attached.
Under normal circumstances, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the return address will be provided after the kickscrews customer service team confirms the exchange.
In special cases, such as errors caused by kickscrews, we will proactively discuss solutions with you. Customers are always God.
